Online Temperature Control
Realtime Temperature Monitoring, Recording and Analysis of data. The project has been developed for a Government Client associated with Frozen Meet Industries. They have a critical temperature dependent preservation process, completely preservative less. In the process it is extremely critical to maintain the temperature precisely for the entire process.
The objective of the project was to provide automated intimation about deviation of freezer temperature to the Operational team for immediate corrective action and to provide Batch processing data to support Quality Control Compliance.
